We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return lightly used items within 60 days from the delivery date for a full refund. Unfortunately, individual components for bundles may not be returned. The entire bundle must be returned in order to qualify for a refund. Returns received within 30 days will be refunded to your original form of payment. Returns received within 31-60 days will receive a store credit. All returns are discarded for sanitary reasons.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable unless your return is the result of an error on our part. We strongly suggest purchasing tracking and insurance for your return parcel, as we are not responsible for lost return packages. Please allow up to 10 days for processing. A pre-paid return label can be provided, and emailed to you at your request (USA orders only). Note a $6 fee will be deducted from your refund if you decide to use it.
We offer hassle free returns. To process and manage your returns online (no account required) please submit your request in the form provided; someone with our Customer Care Department will respond within 1 business day.
EXCHANGES:
You do not have to wait for an exchange to be processed. Simply request for a return online in the form provided and once approved, place a new order on our website (our normal return policy will apply). Unfortunately, we are unable to honor previous sales prices or promotions when you place your new order.
